Since opening, steak lovers, foodies and critics alike have embraced Keefer's. The restaurant tops numerous "best of" lists, including Playboy's "Top Ten Steakhouses in America" and Crain's Chicago Business's "Best Bites Critic's Choice" for business lunch. Keefer's was also featured in Wine Spectator's "Second City Helpings", Chicago magazine's "20 Best New Restaurants" and Celebrated Living's "Top 10 Newcomers." Additional honors include "City's Best" for steak and gourmet comfort food by AOLCityguide; "Best of Business Dining" from Citysearch's editorial staff and "Best of Chicago for Steak" by the Food Network's "Best Of…" show, among others.
