Group department FAQ’s

Below are some questions that are often asked about how small – large groups are handled at O’Hare Midway Limousine Service.

Q: What is the best way to send your manifest?

A: We prefer to receive them on an Excel worksheet in Date & Time order via email. However we do except the manifest via fax as well. Once we receive this we will schedule your group and type the confirmation numbers right on the spreadsheet and send it back to you.

Q: What information is needed on the manifest when the group is based on airport transportation?

A: Date, arrival and departure time, airline, flight number, ORG city, where their destination or pick place will be. Vehicle preference and grouping private vs. shared ride.

Q: If you need to make a change, addition, or cancellation what do you do?

A: To always have an up to date manifest and travel information, we prefer that if you do need to make a change to do so on the actual manifest with confirmation numbers and highlight the change that was made, DO NOT delete the confirmation #. In our experience this process creates less confusion.

Q: What is considered a group?

A: Anywhere from 10-300 people or above

Q: What type of vehicles do we provide?

A: We have Sedans, 7 passenger executive limousines, 8 passenger stretch limousines, ford Expedition SUV and 21-25 passenger mini coaches. If you request a vehicle not currently in our fleet, we will work with our sister companies to fulfill your request.

Q: Do we provide greeters at the airports?

A: We do, we have two options for greeting at the airport. Depending on the size of your group, you could either use driver meet & greet which is a $30 additional fee plus parking ($4-$12). The driver will meet your passenger in a designated area in baggage claim, with their name on a sign. Or you can do staff greeters, which are $35 an hour with a five hour minimum plus parking. This option is typically used for the large groups; it helps keep the group cost in your budget by grouping people in their cars therefore using fewer vehicles than originally planned.
