Chicago Airport Ground Transportation Shuttle Tips
When planning ground transportation for your meetings and events, consider how many passengers are arriving on the same flights and grouping them together on your manifest in order of date and arrival times. List smaller groups in Sedans or SUV's and larger groups in Stretch Limos and Vans. Also provide cell phone numbers for your group members and email addresses for confirmations.
Be sure to request a greeter to meet your group, especially if they are arriving at multiple terminals and have signs visible with the group name to make them feel more welcome.
Prepare your group to exit at baggage level and if no greeter will be provided, then have them call their ground transportation company to be directed to their cars.
And don't forget to secure a Mini Coach or Motor Coach Bus for your group dining out in between meetings, or planning excursions downtown. Most are equipped with DVD/VCR/CD players along with PA systems. They can also be great for departures back to the airport for groups leaving directly from hotel or seminar.
